LEGISLATION - INNO:14 Acceleration Center
Companies and entrepreneurs who want to benefit from the Technology Development Zones Law and regulation numbered 4691, relevant other laws and regulations, and/or services provided at the INNO:14 Acceleration Center within Ostim Teknopark, can apply to the Managing Company through the portal.ostimteknopark.com.tr. All application and subsequent processes are carried out through the portal.
Membership applications will be made through the "INNO:14 ACCELERATION CENTER" link of the www.ostimteknopark.com.tr web page.
The application process will take place in two ways: pre-application and Member application for Entrepreneur Members who want to engage in R&D, innovation and technology activities.
Entrepreneur Member:
⦁ They are legal entities that can benefit from the exemptions arising from the Technology Development Zones Law No. 4691.
⦁ Entrepreneur members can choose any usage type available in the center.
⦁ Has the right to participate in acceleration programs.
⦁ Use type change request is evaluated according to the periodic performance score.
⦁ Can use the center for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 months.
⦁ Entrepreneur Members are subject to performance evaluations every 6 months. During this process, their development is monitored and it is evaluated whether their activities at the center will continue or not.
Member:
⦁ Are natural or legal persons who can take part in the Center by open space usage type.
⦁ Can benefit from acceleration programs.
⦁ Entrepreneurs can apply for membership.
⦁ Can use the center for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 12 months.
Members are subject to performance evaluation if they apply to benefit from legal supports and accelerator program services from the date of commencement of operations.
Companies to be accepted to the region are required to have additional qualifications specified in the "Preliminary Application Form" under the following main headings:
Applicant Information: Entrepreneur Member/Member Application forms will be filled out and sent to the Managing Company.
Preliminary Enterprise Information: Brief information about the initiative that the Member wants to apply for will be included.
Applications made online through the Ostim Teknopark Technology Investment System are evaluated by personnel consisting of the Industry Development and Project Coordination Manager and employees on a sectoral basis, in accordance with the aforementioned matters. For pre-applications evaluated by the Pre-Evaluation Committee, a decision is made on whether the business idea and member profile comply with the required criteria. Pre-applications that are deemed suitable are notified to the member via email through Technology Investment System. If the application is accepted, the definite application process begins for the member.
If the pre-application of a venture is not accepted, the entrepreneur owner is notified through the Technology Investment System and the application is terminated. No evaluation fee is charged for pre-applications.
